An excellent location, a small hotel near the Promenade and close to the pedestrian zone with restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Prestige room is spacious and well-equipped. Free coffee in nice lobby. Nice garden.

I travelled with my two young adult daughters and we loved the triple room they assigned us on the third floor. We loved the location of the hotel, the cute garden and breakfast spread was very useful before we began our busy days.

The proximity to the sea was great. One could simply get to the promenade next to the sea under 5 minutes. The hotel is very thoughtfully put together. Check-in was smooth, personal were exceptionally friendly, the corridors are decorated with modern adaptations of classical art pieces. The room was quite small but very cosy. The beds very comfortable and the washroom was equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast spread was good and one could find something for themselves. The garden outside gave a home-like feeling while leaving and coming back. The locaiton was simply top with enough restaurants in the neighborhood. The tram connection to my place of work was also within 8-minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, it was pretty great.

It located in a quiet street, with this little cute garden. The room we had was quite new. The tiles in shower area were fancy, and spacious shower area. The room is spacious as well. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, the technician couldn’t solve it because some parts need to be ordered. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. The room division manager Daniel went extra miles to book us another room in town and sent us to the new location. It could have been a quite negative experience, but we really appreciate their efforts to solve this issue and save the day.

The number one "pro" for this hotel is the location. Next to this, we appreciated (most of) the staff (complements to those who checked us in and those who checked us out) and the good breakfast and nice (but small) garden

the property is absolutely exceptional: perfect location downtown, garage, close to restaurants, minutes from the plage and Negresco. Generous breakfast with excellent selection of choices and comfortable rooms. Giuseppe from front desk was absolutely wonderful and helpful and thoughtful trying to cater to everyone's needs and accommodate every request. Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Thanks, Giuseppe, you've made this stay a truly memorable one.

Third time we have stayed here and very practical for our needs. Access to train station and main areas excellent and a lovely variety of cuisines also. Room was good size but the noise of early morning deliveries and the rubbish trucks terrible. It was cold with air con on overnight so opted to keep window partially open so a trade off I know. Breakfast excellent and well presented. Staff very helpful and lovely to have the garden to look out on or indeed sit in.

I loved absolutely everything about the property!! The beach is walking distance from the property. Plenty of options to eat & various cuisines. The sea view all day long is very picturesque and relaxing. I came in with high temperature and all through my stay they made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the wonderful staff of the hotel for their dedication. Really warm hearted people. I requested a change in the room as I wanted a better view of the sea and they changed me to a higher floor. The toiletries they have are Nuxe which are of top class quality!

This hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street and in between beach and direct walk to main restaurants and shops. We arrived early and the staff let us change and hold our luggage securely. They managers to get our room made a bit earlier so we could be get comfortable quickly. Free tea/ coffee machine in lobby and fresh fruity water available every day. Place is perfectly kept. Great staff, very friendly 👍
