The proximity to the sea was great. One could simply get to the promenade next to the sea under 5 minutes. The hotel is very thoughtfully put together. Check-in was smooth, personal were exceptionally friendly, the corridors are decorated with modern adaptations of classical art pieces. The room was quite small but very cosy. The beds very comfortable and the washroom was equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast spread was good and one could find something for themselves. The garden outside gave a home-like feeling while leaving and coming back. The locaiton was simply top with enough restaurants in the neighborhood. The tram connection to my place of work was also within 8-minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, it was pretty great.

It located in a quiet street, with this little cute garden. The room we had was quite new. The tiles in shower area were fancy, and spacious shower area. The room is spacious as well. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, the technician couldn’t solve it because some parts need to be ordered. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. The room division manager Daniel went extra miles to book us another room in town and sent us to the new location. It could have been a quite negative experience, but we really appreciate their efforts to solve this issue and save the day.

I loved absolutely everything about the property!! The beach is walking distance from the property. Plenty of options to eat & various cuisines. The sea view all day long is very picturesque and relaxing. I came in with high temperature and all through my stay they made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the wonderful staff of the hotel for their dedication. Really warm hearted people. I requested a change in the room as I wanted a better view of the sea and they changed me to a higher floor. The toiletries they have are Nuxe which are of top class quality!

Third time we have stayed here and very practical for our needs. Access to train station and main areas excellent and a lovely variety of cuisines also. Room was good size but the noise of early morning deliveries and the rubbish trucks terrible. It was cold with air con on overnight so opted to keep window partially open so a trade off I know. Breakfast excellent and well presented. Staff very helpful and lovely to have the garden to look out on or indeed sit in.
